BANDUNG. The conflict that broke out since 2010 led the Syria to prolong crisis. Destroyed infrastructure, basic needs such as clean water sanitation becomes a luxury that is difficult to obtain. More over the conflict leaves many victims, from toddlers, children to adults.
In this case, 23 students of 5th grade from SD Juara Bandung this morning visited the POS office to send letters to 25 the Embassy containing sympathy from the students to the victims of the attacks in Aleppo.
The letters made in school, and then sent to the post office which is located on Jl. Cilaki, Bandung. Besides sending the letters, the students also collect donations for victims of Aleppo that will be channeled through RZ.
“With this event, the school hopes that the children can participate and empathize with Aleppo’s victims and be grateful to be Indonesian children who can get an education in safety. May the children are increasingly keen to study and later can be beneficial for peace of the world, “said Vice Principal for Student matter, Enok Rohayani.
“We’re sorry about the tragedy that struck Aleppo, hopefully with the letter we sent and donations can ease the burden of our brothers and sister there” Algiera Zidan, 5 th grade students of SD Juara Bandung.
