MALANG.There are still many people who think that practicing martial is the same of practicing of violence. Because there is taught how to punch, kick, attack, dodge and parry, which is a common movements in a fight. But the assumption is not correct, because there are a lot of benefits of practicing martial arts. In general, the benefits are as a means of protecting ourselves from violence.
Martial arts became an interesting discussion in coaching Care For Teen RZ Malang (16/09). Care For Teen activity on this Friday filled with self-defense training as a physical exercise for students.
Martial training is regularly held at the first and third Friday of each month. This activity was attended by 20 participants.
Through this activity, students are expected to master one martial arts techniques that will be useful for physical fitness also the martial skills of students.
“In the strong body, there is a healthy soul. If students are healthy, they will be more focus on learning, “said Deny Prabasworo, the mentor of Care For Teen Malang.
