BEKASI. Sunday (11/10), RZ, Cita Sehat Foundation and National Volunteer Committee held Vital Health Examination Training for upgrading volunteers’ knowledge. This program was implemented at Volunteer Base Camp, Bekasi.
In this opportunity, 27 volunteers learned 8 indicators or Clean and Healthy Lifestyle namely washing hands, consuming healthy foods, using a clean toilet, exercising regularly, eradicating mosquito larvae, stop smoking, weighing, and stop littering.
To optimize the training, RZ invited a lecturer from Nursing Study Program of Riau University, Ns. Ari Pristiana Dewi, M.Kep., to present the material.
“The material was very interesting. We hope that this upgrading program could be implemented regularly by RZ,” a volunteer said. ***
