BOGOR. Jaka Kurnia (35) or Jaka is a member of RZ Micro Entrepreneur Program. Jaka lives in Bogor with his wife and 2 children. 1 year ago Jaka decided to resign from a private company and start Arabic special culinary business named “Samosa Jiddah”.
In the first semester of running this business, Jaka experienced several problems such as limitation of business capital, facility and marketing skill. In a day, he could only sell no more than 20 pieces of Samosa.
His business began to develop when he decided to join in RZ Micro Entrepreneur Program. By participating in it, he received business capital assistance, business facility assistance, and regular business training and counseling from RZ.
Now, he could sell his product more than 100 pieces in a day. Moreover, in a certain time he was ordered to produce thousands of Samosa by his loyal customer for party. “Lately, I’m trying to advertise and market my product through various social media such as Facebook, Twitter, and Blackberry Messenger,” Jaka said.
After joining RZ Micro Entrepreneur Program for 6 months, now Jaka could earn up to 3.7 million rupiah per month as net profit. ***
