MEDAN. Clinic RBG of Rumah Zakat which is also managed by Cita Sehat this month held upgrading activities or training to improve the quality of institutions and insights of individuals residing within the institution.
Activities conducted on (18/09) to (21/09) in 2 sessions namely PMKP Training which was held indoor in Clinic Meeting Room, and Outbond / Family Gathering which was held out door in Bukit Kubu Berastagi.
The event invited dr. Sake Juli Martina, Sp.FK, Director of Cooperation, Training and Research of USU Hospital who is also the head of the USU Accreditation team who gave exposure and discussion on Clinical Quality and Control of Prevention of Infection. And Dr. Beni Satria, M. Kes, Director of Sarah Medan Hospital who led the discussion and case simulation with the topic of Patient Safety.
” Clinic RBG of Rumah Zakat is implementing Employee Upgrading with the aim to provide a complete understanding about the improvement of service quality and patient safety, and improve the sense of kinship among fellow employees,” said doctor Fitria, RBG Clinic Manager Medan.
Fitria also said that the activity was followed by all clinic crews both medical and nonmedical employee. However, Clinical services continue to operate as usual with the use of replacement and trained human resources.
The joy during outbound was increasingly forming togetherness and cohesiveness with each other. “I represent the team from RBG Clinic Medan would like to thank to the speakers. To dr.
