- Deed of Amendment: Notary Irma Rachmawati, SH Number 17 dated October 25, 2005 Deed of Changes in the structure of the Rumah ZakatFoundation
- Decree of the Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia Number C-1490.HT.01.02/Th.2006 dated July 25, 2006 concerning the Ratification of the Deed of Establishment of the Rumah Zakat Indonesia Foundation.
- Amendment to the Deed of Notary Foundation Zulhijah Arni, SH No. 02 Dated December 21, 2011
- Letter of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Number: AHU-AH.01.06-33 according to Deed Number 02 dated December 21, 2011 has been recorded in the register of foundations.
- National LKS: Decree of the Minister of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia No. 107/HUK/2014 concerning Recognition of the Indonesian Zakat House Foundation as a National LAZ.
- National LKS: Decree of the Minister of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia No. 948/HUK-PS/2020 concerning Granting of Donations Collection Permits
