SIGI REGENCY. (10/22) The 7.4 SR earthquake that occurred in Palu at the end of last September still leaves a serious impact on Palu and its surroundings, one of them in Kulawi District, Sigi Regency. Based on information from the local BNPB, 10 villages in Kulawi sub-district is emergency from hunger, this happened due to the transportation route to Kulawi sub-district was cut off due to landslides after the Palu earthquake.
Responding to this, Rumah Zakat immediately sent 1000 packages of Superqurban and rice to one of the affected areas at Namu Village, Sigi Regency. Direct assistance is sent using BNPB Helicopter to facilitate distribution.
“Alhamdulilah, we can send assistance to isolated people in Kulawi sub-district, Insya Allah, the distribution will be faster because of using Helicoper, and also with this helicopter we will pick up 11 medical teams who are still trapped in Kulawi” said Rumah Zakat Volunteer, Bayu.
