YOUR QURBANY SLAUGHTERING: ALL TEAMS START TO STAY AT EACH POST

PROBOLINGGO. Superqurban production committee is preparing the process of qurbany animal slaughter at the first day (01/09) at the farm that became the center of Superqurban production in Wonomerto district, Probolinggo regency.

At 09.00 WIB the whole team had gathered for breakfast and morning briefing before doing their duty. The purpose of the briefing is to provide an understanding to the entire team involved in the production process in order to perform each process according to the Shari’a.

The production execution process opened with basmallah and the submission of the appropriate syariah slaughtering procedures by the Superqurban production manager, Ali Mughayat Syah (30yo).

“When we do the slaughter, we cannot evict animals because it will hurt them and make sure the animal has died before starting to skin, do not hurry,” said Ali Mughayat Syah when giving directions. “Because this is a mandate from the donors who did qurbany, then make sure we do the best and according to sharia .This sacrifice is worship, therefore make each of these activities to worship,” he added.

There are 4 main production sites, namely at slaughter point, boning point, meat weighing point and reception point of innards and K3 (head, feet, skin).
“On this first day, we target to slaughter 1600 qurbany animals. Please do pray, hope all the process runs smoothly,” said Deni Wahyudi, Production Coordinator of Superqurban.
