YOUR QURBANY PREPARATION : ANIMAL WEIGHT RISE, PRODUCTION OF CORNED AND RENDANG CAN INCREASE

PROBOLINGGO. (08/30)Ahead of Eid al-Adha, health personnel weigh the weight of qurbany animals in the farms that became the center of Superqurban process in Sepuh Gempol Village, Wonokromo Sub-district, Probolinggo District.

“Weighing is done regularly once a month, so we can see the development of animal weight,” said Fuad Saefullah (30 years), one of the cage officers.

Superqurban production coordinator, Deni Wahyudi revealed that by knowing the weight of qurbani animal, the production team will be able to predict how much corned and rendang will be produced. “The heavier the scales, the more meat that can be produced into corned and rendang,” said Deni.
