PEKANBARU. Wednesday (28/1), RZ, Cita Sehat Foundation and National Volunteer Committee held Clean and Healthy Lifestyle Training for upgrading volunteers’ knowledge on CHL. This program was implemented in Free Maternity Clinic Pekanbaru.
In this opportunity, 11 volunteers who participated in this program learned 8 indicators or Clean and Healthy Lifestyle in School namely, washing hands, consuming healthy foods, using a clean toilet, exercising regularly, eradicating mosquito larvae, stop smoking, weighing, and stop littering.
To optimize the training, RZ invited a lecturer from Nursing Study Program of Riau University, Ns. Ari Pristiana Dewi, M.Kep., to present the material.
“The material was very interesting. We hope that this upgrading program could be implemented regularly by RZ,” a volunteer said. ***
