LEARNING A VARIETY OF PRODUCTS MADE FROM CEREALS AND TUBERS

RZ LDKO CilegonPEKANBARU. Tuesday (14/4), the students of SMP Juara Pekanbaru participated in regular outing class. In this opportunity, they were assigned to observe various products made from cereals and tubers in Dupa Traditional Market, Pekanbaru.

To conduct the observation, the students asked the merchants to explain their products. “When we asked about the raw material of their products, they explained it clearly and voluntarily tell what we need to know. They are really kind,” Salsa, a student, said.

They found that there are many products made from cereals and tubers such as raw sweet potato crisps, crackers pandas, corn noodles, sago noodles, rice noodles, wheat flour, rice flour, glutinous rice flour, tapioca flour, and hangkue.

“This class is my favorite class because it can help us understand the subject easily,” salsa added. ***
