SUDAN
40% of Sudan population live below the poverty line and many are living in terrible conditions. Mainly due to the harsh climate and lack of natural resources, but political instability and internal conflict worsen the situation.
Rumah Zakat wishes to help even by a little especially during Eid, a happy occasion for all Muslims. We sent 3 sheep in 2020 to Sudan hoping the Eid spirit to be felt joyously.
We continue to provide food aid and clean water to lessen their burden and our heart and prayers are always with them.
