GARUT.Mosque necessary lies not only in the physical building, but the quality of the HR (Human Resources) either DKM or the Board need to be improved. Improving the quality of human resources is expected to be a means to prosper a mosque. Yayasan Masjid Nusantara (YMN) together with RZ held The second Mosque Management Training (TMM) in Garut, Saturday (12/17). This time the activity was attended by 40 participants representing several mosques in Garut.
Improving the quality of human resources is done by providing education about the primacy of the mosque as the driving force of civilization or the symbols of Islam, as well as discussions about the problems that often occur in the neighborhood mosque. So it is expected the mosque committee to implement or apply such solutions in their environment.
“Alhamdulillah, I gain knowledge and new insights about the primacy of the mosque. During this time many obstacles encountered in the effort to prosper the mosque, in this training I got experience story of other mosques that have successfully managed to prosper the mosque. Hopefully we can apply this” said Tatang Komarudin, DKM Masjid Nurul Ikhwan Cikondang Garut Hamlet.
“Alhamdulillah, Management Training mosques in Garut could run smoothly. This program exists to improve the quality of human resources of the mosque, both DKM and Board of mosque. Our expectation of participants who have attended this event is to get new ideas in managing mosques in the region ‘Said Hamzah Patdri as Director of Yayasan Mesjid Nusantara.
