“Gerai ritel pertama kami di Gandaria City Mall, Jakarta,” kata Joseph V. Buntaran, Presiden Direktur PT Lotte Shopping Indonesia.

Saat ini, perseroan total telah memiliki 15 gerai dengan konsep ritel dan 24 toko dengan konsep wholesale. Sejak 2008, pertumbuhan gerai mereka terbilang pesat. Menariknya, mereka lebih banyak melakukan kegiatan CSR untuk lebih dekat dengan masyarakat. Ini adalah bagian dari kegiatan promosi Below The Line.

Contohnya, menyerahkan bantuan mobil ambulans bekerjasama dengan Rumah Zakat. Tak hanya satu, tapi belasan mobil ambulans ini disebar di berbagai kota di Indonesia. Kegiatan sosial lainnya adalah aktif membantu dan menyumbang korban bencana alam yang belakangan marak terjadi di Tanah Air.

“Kami pernah mengadakan kegiatan Hair for Love, yaitu mendorong para ibu menyumbangkan rambutnya untuk dijadikan wig bagi anak-anak penderita kanker,” kata Joseph.

Tak sampai di situ, Lotte Mart juga punya program CSR lain yang rutin digelar bekerjasama dengan Rumah Zakat, yakni Senyum Juara. Program tersebut adalah pembagian beasiswa bagi para siswa SD juara binaan Rumah Zakat yang tersebar di 8 kota. Ada juga Senyum Lestari, yaitu bantuan penyediaan sarana air bersih bagi warga yang tinggal di sekitar Lotte Mart.

“Ada juga Senyum Sehat berupa siaga sehat dan siaga gizi balita; Senyum Mandiri serta program insidental seperti Senyum Ramadhan dan Superqurban. Lotte Mart juga menggandeng Unilever untuk program pembangunan fasilitas kesehatan di sekolah-sekolah,” ujar dia.

Terbaru, perseroan meluncurkan program Lotte Kids Football Club bekerjasama dengan Trans 7 dengan blusukan mencari bakat-bakat pesepakbola andal di kampung-kampung. Beragam kegiatan CSR itu mendulang ekspose tinggi akan kehadiran Lotte Mart di Indonesia. “Tak dipungkiri, Korean Wave menjadikan kami ikut naik. Kehadiran Lotte Mart pas waktunya, jadi bisa berkembang pesat hingga sekarang,” katanya.***
