HUMANITARIAN AID FOR PALESTINE
Innalillahi wa innaillaihi rojiuun conflict broke out again between Palestinians in Gaza and Israel which broke out on Saturday (7/10). Casualties due to the conflict continue to increase, and hospitals in Gaza are starting to be overwhelmed, many patients are queuing to be treated.
With limited electricity, water and medicine due to the blockade of Gaza bodies had to be placed outside because the hospital could no longer accommodate them, subhanallah.
According to the latest from the Palestinian Ministry of Health, 3785 Palestinians have been killed, including 1524 children, 1000 women, while 12,550 people have been injured, with most of these casualties being in Gaza.
The situation in Palestine, especially in Gaza, is increasingly worrying. There are no electricity, fuel, limited food, and nearly exhausted medical equipment and medicine. The medical infrastructure is on the brink of collapse.

Yet despite the dire and hazardous conditions on the ground, Rumah Zakat has distributed emergency aid donated from Indonesia, in Yarmouk and the Omar Al Mokhtar area in Gaza on the 7th and 12th of October.
We have distributed around 720 ready-to-eat food packages to refugees displaced from their homes including children, the elderly and underprivileged people in Gaza. This assistance is very heartwarming and needed by the recipients, but it is far from sufficient because millions of other people in Gaza still live in dire shortage.
Alhamdulillah, Rumah Zakat also had the opportunity to send medical aid from Indonesian donors. These badly needed medical supplies will be used for treatment needed by injured victims in Gaza.
