The pressure and demands of life often make a person easily depressed or stressed. People who can’t control stress can experience headaches, sleep disorders, reoccurring anxiety, even chronic diseases such as heart disease and diabetes.

A good meal
Eating can be an effective way to calm down during times of stress. It is better to choose complex carbohydrates such as porridge or bread to eat when stressed. Because the energy content in it can strengthen the body.
However, when a person is stressed, they often eat foods with high fat and cholesterol. To avoid this, it is recommended that you make a food plan during stress. At least make a healthy food plan that you still like.
Exercise or physical activity is a natural stress reliever that can boost hormone endorphins. To motivate yourself, when stressed out, always remember the benefits of exercise, and how good you feel after exercising.
If you can’t go to the gym, you can do simple movements at home while venting depression.
Go to a psychologist
Don’t be afraid to consult a psychologist. In Indonesia, maybe only a few people who when stressed consult with a psychologist. They prefer to consult with family, close friends, and others when it will certainly be different if we are handled by someone who is competent.
When experiencing stress, try to get enough rest. If stress makes you difficult to sleep, ask your doctor or psychologist for sleeping pills. At least, sleeping pills can help to calm.
One way to reduce stress is to look for the causes of stress, and then try to find a solution. The problem-solving approach will reduce extreme pressure.
