PEKANBARU. On Thursday (03/02) Students of SMP Juara Pekanbaru particularly 9th grade students carried out Outing in one international vocational school (SMK) integrated Agricultural Pekanbaru at Jalan Kaharudin Nasution Pekanbaru. Agriculture Vocational School is state school under the auspices of the government but its implementation in cooperation with many foreign countries such as Japan and Korea.
In his speech Mr. Agus Rosadi Sp.Mpd as head of the school said that SMK Integrated Agricultural has 23 hectares of land and the number of students is 1051 with seven majors consisting of agribusiness production plant, agribusiness, livestock production, mechanization of agriculture, processing of agricultural products, fishery. SMK Integrated Agriculture initiated by various developed countries like Japan and Korea to carry out a comparative study and student exchanges.
This activity is a form to stimulate the desire of student’s SMP Juara Pekanbaru to enter vocational school that later they will be directly do entrepreneurship. Children were enthusiastically in these activities, the students visited Green House, and Agricultural Practice land.
“This activity is a monthly agenda that we must do. Hopefully with this visit can knit relationship and could also provide a positive effect for students who want to connect to other vocational school, hopefully they are interested “Expalained Nurhasanah, LSU of SMP Juara Pekanbaru.
