Milk is famous for its many benefits to the body. However, a recent study from the British Medical Journal actually says the opposite. The researchers found that women who drank three or more cups of milk each day could have a 90 percent higher risk of death over a 20-year period, compared with women who consumed less than that amount.
They also have an increased risk of fractures and higher levels of inflammation and oxidative stress. In fact, high sugar content in milk can actually rule out its benefits.
