SEMARANG. The global development era makes people’s lifestyle is now changing. For the daily food consumption, people usually prefer instant food and fast food. However, these habits sometimes bring adverse effects to health, because the causes of the disease are from the food that people consume.
Resolving the problem, Rumah Zakat through Khanif, the Empowered Village Facilitator in the Empowered Village of Wonopolo, held a training to make healthy food from natural ingredients, Monday (21/08). This training aims to make brownies made from pumpkin.
“Just need to create a little nutritious healthy cheap food easily we get and guaranteed free MSG and preservative,” said Bu Puji, one of the brownies trainers who was invited to fill this training.
Mrs. Syifa (38), a housewife who has five children, was delighted to be invited to join the training “tomorrow if there is more training like this, just invite me, ok,” he replied.
“For the next training, activity like this will be developed in other areas, so that people are accustomed to healthy natural foods and cheap does not depend on the product manufacturer also to reduce the consumptive culture,” said khanif when closing the event.
