In the process of boning, the meat, bones, head, skin and offal of animal qurban are separated. Pure cleansed meat will be stored in a special basket and taken to freezing by refrigerator. Then, what about the bones, offal, head and skin?
It turned out that other parts besides meat were brought to special post to be distributed to the people in the villages in Wonomerto Subdistrict, Probolinggo District.
“Alhamdulillah, in the process of producing this Superqurban there is no part of the animal wasted, all used and distributed according to the designation,” said Deni.
