SUBANG. Wasja (60) was not young anymore but he still exited to raise sheep. Even though he often gets ill but he has a strong spirit to be independent. Assisted by his wife and son, he takes care of four lambs.
“Wasja just did bladder stone surgery so his wife and son initiated to take care of his lambs,” Engkom Komar, farmer mentor, said.
Several months ago, Wasja received 2 lambs from RZ and MTN as business assistance. Now, his lambs have grown up and ready to breed.
Through this program, Komar expected that the members could more independent and skillful because it will be in line with RZ’s mission on empowering people. ***
