[:ID]KISAH PAK INDRA, PENJUAL MAKANAN KHAS BANJAR SUDAH LEBIH DARI SATU DEKADE[:en]STORY FROM INDRA, ONE DECADE IN BANJAR CULINARY BUSSINES[:]

[:ID]BANJARMASIN. (22/04) Menggeluti usaha kuliner memang kadang mengalami pasang surut. Perlu keuletan dan konsistensi, baik itu skala besar sekelas rumah makan ataupun kecil-kecilan sekelas rombong (Red: Emperan) dipinggir jalan.

Seperti usaha rombong makan pak Indra, ia menjual kuliner khas Banjar yakni nasi kuning dan lontong. Diakuinya, sudah hampir 11 tahun ia menjajakan kuliner ini, beragam tantangan sudah ia hadapi mulai dari masalah permodalan, persaingan bisnis hingga susahnya mencari bahan baku untuk berjualan.

Salahsatu yang ia keluhkan saat ini adalah susahnya mencari bahan bakar seperti LPG untuk memasak, langkanya gas berisi 3kg itu tak dipungkiri sedikit menghambatanya untuk berjualan.

“Selain langka harganya juga sangat mahal, kadanga bisa hampir Rp40.000 per tabung nya. Kalau mau julan mau tak mau harus dibeli,” ceritanya saat dikunjungi fasilitator Rumah Zakat Senin pagi (22/4).

Setiap harinya Indra berjulan di Jalan Sultan Adam Banjarmasin dekat dengan salah satu sekolah favorit, SMA 5 Banjarmasin, lokasi yang cukup strategis. Ia berjualan dari pukul 06.00 pagi hingga puku 11.00 siang.

“Kadang jika sudah laku semua biasa tutup lebih cepat,” bebernya.

Saat ini pak Indra adalah termasuk salah satu penerima manfaat dari program pemberdayaan Rumah Zakat, bantuan modal usaha dan pendampingan dirasakan sangat membantu usahanya hingga saat ini.

Satu kunci kiat bertahan pak Indra hingga saat ini adalah tetap tekun dan semangat untuk berusaha.

“Meski banyak saingan usaha disini, namun Alhamdulillah sudah cukup banyak langganan saya disini, mereka sudah mengenal dan suka dengan nasi kuning dan lontongnya. Satu yang penting, tetap mejaga kualitas dan rasa jualan kita,” tandasnya

One of the things he complained about at this time was that it was difficult to find fuel such as LPG for cooking, the scarcity of gas containing 3kg was undeniably a little hindering him from selling.

“In addition to the rare price is also very expensive, sometimes it can be almost IDR 40,000 per tube. If you want a run the business, you can’t help but have to buy it, ”he said when visited by Rumah Zakat’s facilitator on Monday morning (22/4).

Every day Indra walks on Jalan Sultan Adam Banjarmasin close to one of his favorite schools, SMA 5 Banjarmasin, a strategic location. He sells from 6:00 a.m. until morning 11:00 a.m.

“Sometimes if it’s sold out, I close the stall earlier,” he explained.

At present Pak Indra is one of the beneficiaries of Rumah Zakat empowerment program, business capital assistance and assistance are felt to be very helpful to his business to date.

One key to Pak Indra’s survival tips until now is to remain diligent and passionate about trying.

“Although there are many business rivals here, but Alhamdulillah, there are enough of my subscriptions here, they already know and like yellow rice and rice cake. One important thing is to maintain the quality and taste of our sales, “he said
