SERVICE EXCELLENCE TRAINING FOR ECOPRENEUR MEMBER

RZ LDKO CilegonBANJARSARI. Customer service is one of important element in business. An excellent service is allegedly able to influence the increase in customer and revenue.

In light of the recent economic recession, Service Excellence topic is drawing more attention. Being more customer-focused and providing Service Excellence is becoming a significant advantage and performance differentiator for both, private and public organizations. It helps business to win clients in an extremely competitive environment nowadays and it facilitates cost–saving.

Therefore, RZ initiates to support the improvement of RZ micro entrepreneur members’ service skill through service excellence training which is held sustainably throughout the year in ICD areas.

This month, RZ visited one of RZ micro entrepreneur community member in Banjarsari named Murwanto. Murwanto is a fried chicken merchant who has been mentored and fostered by RZ since 2014. In this opportunity, RZ invited him to discuss and learn important elements of customer service excellence.
