[:ID]CERITA DESA BERDAYA: MENTORING BISNIS DARI SANG AHLI[:en]DESA BERDAYA STORIES: BUSINESS MENTORING FROM THE EXPERTS[:]

[:ID]SLEMAN. Kamis (17/1) Pembinaan rutin anggota kelompok kerajinan JoCraft,binaan Rumah Zakat Desa Berdaya Jogotirto, Berbah, Sleman kali ini cukup berbeda. Karena anggota JoCraft kedatangan tamu istimewa yaitu owner Jendra Jewelry Jogja, mbak Erryza Susilo yang sudah berkecimpung dalam dunia aksesoris selama 10 tahun. Mbak Erryza berbagi pengalamannya selama berkecimpung di dunia aksesoris.

“Selama perempuan masih ada di muka bumi, maka apapun barang yang kita buat untuk meningkatkan kharisma serta kecantikan perempuan akan laku terjual. Dari ujung kepala sampai ujung kaki, asal kita tidak berhenti berkreasi dan berinovasi”, ujarnya memberikan semangat kepada anggota JoCraft.

Setelah sekitar 30 menit mbak Erryza memberikan mentoring bisnis, mulailah ibu-ibu diajari untuk meningkatkan kemampuan membuat aksesoris varian baru. Selevel lebih tinggi menggunakan bahan baku yang baru pertama kalo di olah oleh ibu-ibu, yaitu aksesoris berbahan baku kawat tembaga.

Kesulitan dialami oleh beberapa anggota ,namun dengan tekun dan sabar akhirnya semuanya berhasil menyelesaikan aksesoris yang cantik ini. Di akhir mentoring bisnis, tak lupa Mbak Erryza menyemangati ibu-ibu agar tetap berdaya dan mandiri.

After about 30 minutes, Ms. Erryza provided business mentoring, the mothers began to be taught to improve their ability to make new variant accessories. A higher level uses raw materials for the first time namely accessories made from copper wire.

Difficulties experienced by several members, but diligently and patiently everyone finally managed to complete this beautiful accessory. At the end of business mentoring, Mbak Erryza did not forget to encourage mothers to remain empowered and independent.
