[:ID]EDUKASI NUTRISI MAKANAN ANAK MELALUI POSYANDU[:en]CHILDREN NUTRITION EDUCATION THROUGH POSYANDU[:]

[:ID]SLEMAN. Setiap hari Kamis pekan tiga setiap bulannya, Rini selalu membawa putri tunggalnya Diana (5th) ke Pos Pelayanan Terpadu (Posyandu) untuk melakukan penimbangan berat badan dan memantau kesehatan putrinya. Meski tergolong mampu untuk membawa anaknya ke dokter anak, namun perempuan yang tinggal di Dusun Rejosari, Jogotirto, Berbah, Sleman ini lebih memilih Posyandu.

“Dari pekan lalu sudah diingatkan oleh bu kader kalau hari ini ada timbangan dan spesialnya dapat masakan sehat dari hasil masakan kebun gizi,” ujar wanita yang menjadi ibu rumah tangga ini tersenyum.

Selain itu, Rini mengaku pelayanan yang diberikan oleh kader posyandu yang sedang bertugas sangat baik. “Kader posyandu disini pada baik. Selain itu, mereka juga memiliki pengetahuan yang luas, sehingga saya juga mendapatkan ilmu baru karena mereka menjelaskan apa saja kebutuhan nutrisi untuk putrinya.” ungkapnya.

Menurut Ketua Kader, Yuliana, sebelum posyandu mereka memiliki kebun gizi,  kegiatan yang dijalankan biasanya hanya kegiatan rutin bulanan, seperti mempersiapkan penimbangan berat badan dan makanan tambahan yang biasanya memesan di rumah makan.

“Sekarang kader posyandu tiap ada jadwal timbangan heboh lho mbak, bagaimana tidak? dari jam lima pagi kami sudah di kebun gizi memetik sayuran gambas, bayam, kacang panjang, loncang, sledri dan memasak bersama untuk PMT!,” ujar Yuliana antusias.

Kini, kader posyandu semakin menyadari betapa pentingnya menularkan kebiasaan hidup sehat kepada masyarakat tempatnya tinggal, salah satunya memperhatikan asupan dan pola makan yang sehat.

“Upaya yang kita lakukan bersama ini bertujuan untuk menjadikan anak-anak Rejosari yang cerdas dan sehat,” tambah Yuliana.

“From last week it has been reminded by cadres if today the weighting activity will be conducted and the specials thing is, we can get healthy cooking from the results of nutritious garden dishes,” said the housewife while smiling.

In addition, Rini admitted the services provided by posyandu cadres who are on duty very well. “Posyandu cadres here are good. They also have extensive knowledge, so I also get new knowledge because they explain what the nutritional needs for his daughter” She said.

According to the Chief Cadres, Yuliana, Previously their posyandu has a nutrient garden, activities that are run are usually only monthly routine activities, such as preparing for weighing and supplementary foods that usually order at the restaurant.

 

“Now every posyandu cadre has a schedule of weighing scales, From five o’clock in the morning we are already in the nutrient garden picking vegetables such as gambas, spinach, beans, shakes, celery and then we cook together for PMT !” Yuliana said enthusiastically.

 

Nowadays, posyandu cadres are increasingly aware of how important it is to transmit healthy living habits to the people in which they live, one of them taking care of healthy intake and diet.

 

“The efforts we are doing together aim to make Rejosari’s children smart and healthy,” Yuliana added.
