YOUR QURBANI SLAUGTERING: MAINTAIN QUALITY AND SAFETY OF QURBANI MEAT

PROBOLINGGO. Friday, (09/01) “Each basket contains 10 kg of clean meat. We will bring the meat with a refrigerator car to the production site” said Deni Wahyudin, Coordinator of Superqurban Production. “Before entering the production process, these meats will be frozen first,” he added.

To keep the meat quality well until the production site, qurbanI meat is brought in refrigerator with temperature of minus 16 degree Celsius. Not only that, the security side of this delivery process became the attention of the Superqurban Production Committee, each car container padlock and given a seal.

“We want to make sure that the donator’s trust is well preserved. In addition to sealing the container, we also include the committee who took escort each refrigerator car directly to the factory where the production is placed” said Deni.

 

The first refrigerator car on Eid al-Adha (01/09) has been departed at 02.30 PM by transporting 3080 kg of qurbanI meat. For the first day of slaughtering, there are 3 refrigerator cars provided to transport the qurbanI meat to the production site.
