[:ID]Menanggapi bencana Karhutla yang terjadi, sejak Agustus lalu Rumah Zakat melakukan berbagai Aksi Peduli Bencana dengan menugaskan 100 relawan di 6 Provinsi yang mengalami Karhutla; Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan tengah, Kalimantan Selatan, Sumatera Selatan, Jambi, dan Riau.

Hari ini, Rabu (25/09) Rumah Zakat memberangkatkan armada berupa Mobil Oksigen dan Armada logistik yang membawa oksigen, obat – obatan dan Masker N-95 serta kembali menugaskan relawan tambahan untuk melakukan Aksi Peduli Bencana ke lokasi terdampak.

Rumah Zakat juga menyediakan pos darurat kabut asap, pos segar, peralatan logistik, ambulans, mobil oksigen, layanan kesehatan, dan telah mendistribusikan 15.200 masker di Pontianak, Pekanbaru, Palembang, Palangkaraya, Palembang, Banjarmasin, Medan dan Padang.

“Kami akan terus berupaya memberikan penanganan terbaik bagi masyarakat yang terpapar asap. Penanggulangan bencana ini bukan hanya pemerintah yang bertanggung jawab, tapi kita juga mempunyai kewajiban untuk memberikan solusi atas bencana asap yang terjadi ini,” kata Nur Efendi, CEO Rumah Zakat.

Efendi menambahkan, kualitas udara semakin memburuk, maka Rumah Zakat menyediakan Safe House bagi warga yang terdampak kabut asap di 5 lokasi yaitu 2 Safe House di Pekanbaru, 1 Safe House di Pontianak dan 1 Safe House di Jambi.

Responding to the forest and land fire disasters that occurred, since last August Rumah Zakat has carried out various Disaster Care Actions by assigning 100 volunteers in 6 Provinces experiencing Forest and Land Fires; West Kalimantan, Central Kalimantan, South Kalimantan, South Sumatra, Jambi, and Riau.

Today, Wednesday (09/25) Rumah Zakat dispatched a fleet of Oxygen Cars and logistical fleets carrying oxygen, medicines and N-95 masks and returning to assign additional volunteers to carry out Disaster Care Action to affected locations.

Rumah Zakat also provides smoke emergency posts, fresh posts, logistics equipment, ambulances, oxygen cars, health services, and has distributed 15,200 masks in Pontianak, Pekanbaru, Palembang, Palangkaraya, Palembang, Banjarmasin, Medan, and Padang.

“We will continue to strive to provide the best treatment for people exposed to smoke. Disaster management is not only the government’s responsibility, but we also have the obligation to provide solutions to this smoke disaster,” said Nur Efendi, CEO of Rumah Zakat.

Efendi added, air quality has worsened, allowing Rumah Zakat to provide a Safe House for residents that were affected by the smoke haze in 5 locations namely 2 Safe Houses in Pekanbaru, 1 Safe House in Pontianak and 1 Safe House in Jambi.
