[:ID]KELOMPOK PETANI REMPAH KUBE AS-SALAM DESA BERDAYA BANDAR-PACITAN, TERUS BERINOVASI HASILKAN PRODUK BARU[:en]KUBE ASSALAM ASSISTED BY RUMAH ZAKAT CONTINUOUSLY INNOVATING TO MAKE NEW PRODUCTS[:]

[:ID]PACITAN. Sabtu (6/4) Kelompok petani Rempah Kube Assalam binaan Rumah Zakat di Desa Berdaya Bandar, Pacitan Baru merilis produk jahe celup. Produk baru yang dinamai “As Salam Herbaldrink- jahe emprit siap celup” ini, walau baru dirilis sudah mendapatkan pesanan, pesanan itu datang dari dosen UGM Jogja yang dikirimkan melalui ekspedisi sebanyak 60 pcs jahe celup.

Tak berhenti berinovasi, Kube Assalam kini mencoba mengolah produk baru yaitu jahe instan dan kunyit instan, sebelum dipasarkan dilakukan dulu Uji coba terlebih dahulu dengan di dampingi Eny Purwanti, fasilitator Desa Berdaya dan menghadirkan ibu Yati dari Desa Kledung, untuk menularkan ilmu dalam mengolah kunyit dan jahe menjadi serbuk instan.

Berdasarkan paparan dari ibu Yati proses pembuatan jahe dan kunyit instan adalah Jahe dan kunyit dicuci bersih lalu ditimbang. Setelah itu masing-masing digiling hingga lembut, dan diambil sarinya. Proses berikutnya adalah menyangrai sari kunyit dan sari jahe bersama dengan gula terbaik pilihan hingga menjadi serbuk instan. Dalam menyangrai membutuhkan ketelatenan dan kesabaran agar adonan tidak menggumpal atau hangus.

“Semua harus dilakukan secara tradisional sehingga kualitas bahan, produk dan proses terjaga keasliannya,” ujar bu Yati.

Para anggota Kube bepun sangat antusias dengan kegiatan ini, mereka berharap produk baru ini kelak bisa laku di pasaran

“Insyaallah siap menerima pesanan produksi mbak… Mohon dibantu pemasarannya, hehe…”ujar salah satu Anggota Kube optimis.

Based on the explanation from Yati, the process of making instant ginger and turmeric are ginger and turmeric washed and then weighed. After that, ground it until soft, and the juice is taken. The next process is to roast the turmeric juice and ginger juice along with the best sugar until it becomes instant powder. In roasting requires patience so that the dough does not clot or burn.

“Everything must be done traditionally so that the quality of the materials, products and processes is maintained,” said Bu Yati.

The members of Kube were also very enthusiastic about this activity, they hoped this new product could sell well in the market

“God willing, we are ready to accept orders for production … Please help with the marketing, hehe …” said one of the Kube members optimistically.
